J’utilise déjà le collagène marin de type 1 de SPROOS depuis deux mois en combinaison avec d’autres sources de collagène pour protéger ma peau et mes articulations vieillissantes.Cette version chocolatée et non sucrée combine le collagène avec du chocolat et un mélange de champignons (reishi, chaga, crinière de lion, queue de dinde).Le produit se mélange facilement avec un shaker ou en le laissant reposer quelques minutes après réhydratation.Il est important de noter la présence dans la poudre d'un sachet anti-humidité potentiellement ingérable.Le goût est relativement bon même si l’odeur chocolatée pourrait être plus prononcée, un peu masquée par les champignons et le poisson.Personnellement j’ai tendance à ajouter une cuillère de cacao non sucré supplémentaire (et parfois du miel).La boite en plastique est pratique. Elle protège efficacement la poudre de collagène de la lumière et de l’humidité. La date d’expiration est assez éloignée, plus de deux ans ( mai 2026) ce qui permet de l’utiliser sur une période longue en alternant avec d’autres compléments du même type.
