1st. I don't care what country a sauce is claimed from or emulating. No one country is responsible for inventing, then perfecting a spice. It's all from earth , lolUsually I have over 9 different hot sauces in our fridge (because they all react differently to different foods).This one is amazingly versatile and just might be responsible for reducing my bottle count.It's a great marinade, but also a great dipping condiment.I like to marinade chicken and put them on skewers for a bbq during the summertime.This had the perfect kick that’s not too spicy and gives it FLAVOR! Love the smell!!I like spicy, but LOVE flavor. This a wonderful meld of two tasty worlds. Highly recommend this!!!
