Designs may be appliquéd, in which case tan for snail body and brown for shell would be good. Other colors can be chosen by you to best match your kitchen's decor. The enclosed designs are heat transferable. Each design will give you several stampings. You are sure to enjoy using these vintage designs to create your own unique linens, napkins, towels, tablecloths, curtains, aprons, table runners - the possibilities are limited only by your imagination! The special inks used to create these heat transferable embroidery designs will not wash out of fabric that is not 100% cotton. This should not create any difficulties for projects in which the designs will be completely embroidered or fabric painted over. These transfers will work best on light colored fabrics.
