The item arrived 5 days before estimated delivery date. It came package well and protected from possible damage in transit.I will say the actual item is much sturdier than what the picture appears to show. Although I have yet to install it on my boat, I am confident it will be as good if not better than I anticipate. It's that well made. I can respect many people are not as blessed with mechanical ability as myself. I get that. The basics it takes to put it together are very straight forward. That said, there is no up or down position for the support bracket that attaches to the boat. What I mean with that statement, is when installed, it will function either way as intended.This wheel set has two height positions.For installation you will need a 5/16 drill bit. You will also need either 1/2" open end wrench, box end, or adjustable wrench. Also a large Phillips screwdriver.As an added precaution put some marine sealant between the transom and the support bracket attached to the boat.I am pleased with my purchase and the seller Brocraft. The seller did a great job getting the item to me. It is as described if not better. It is not the least expensive on Amazon but is worth the price I paid. I would recommend this item and this seller to those needing a good set of boat wheels. I do not get paid or compensated for any review I post.
