At first they look like small stiff little boots but man they actually are amazing, i compare these to the garmont boots they are very very well made, i walk over rocks, sand and they go over everything like a pair of crawler tires over harsh terrain. These boots are neither big.and clunky or small and fragile they are just perfect. I would suggest put a little more rubber
