So I had to order a few more. Needles to say, it's a fine balance of heat and flavor. There will always be a review saying "oh it's too hot!" and another saying "oh, it's too cold"... well, what you're staring at is a true blue Goldilocks. Best of both worlds, no trap!That about says it. Way good. Way costly here,and other places...Very good sauce. Would like it a little spicier.We searched high and low for a mango hot sauce that didn't have added sugar and the first batch of this we bought was perfect --- no sugar and it tasted wonderful. We quickly ran out and ordered another batch, but this time, after we had gotten half-way through one bottle, we happened to glance at the ingredients and found that they had changed. It now contained sugar. Why, oh why, did Heartbreaking Dawns feel the need to change a good thing? The second batch tasted the same, but if you are trying to avoid sugar, your tastebuds can't be the judge.Really good!Has a great flavor that's not too hot but hot enough. Goes best on chicken in my opinion!great flavor,medium heat.Absolutely amazing flavor, goes with almost everything. Just the right blend of mango and heat.
