This chair looks very nice and seems well built. The range of motion is nice. It's a little tall at its lowest setting, I'm 6'1" and my feet kind of dangle, but it's still low enough for me to work comfortably at a standard desk. I typically work at a standing desk though, and it is tall enough for me to work comfortably at its highest setting. It feels sturdy at its highest setting, which was a concern for me when buying it.People aren't kidding about the vague instructions, but by and large the assembly process is straightforward. I did run into one issue during assembly, and I think it's worth going through at length since it sounds like others may have had the same issue.I had to loosen the adjustment collar on the foot ring all the way in order to get it onto the gas cylinder. When the adjustment collar got the the end of its travel it stuck, and I couldn't get it to tighten again. This meant the foot ring would just spin around freely. The collar wouldn't tighten to grip the gas cylinder, so the foot . I contacted the company for support, they tried to help but I'm not sure they understood what my issue was.The solution was to use a strap wrench to grip the flanges that make up the bottom collar of the foot ring adjustment mechanism and turn the foot ring in the "Loosen" direction. That broke it loose, and then I could adjust it easily by hand. Now it works as intended, no issues.
