Thank you Eastern Heroes for releasing these great Classics but NO THANK YOU for the poor dvd release! Believe me, I well appreciate that once upon a time one could only make do with poorer picture prints since original prints from Hong Kong or Taiwan are in worse shape or destroyed. However, Hong Kong Legends have raised the bar by upgrading such classics and releasing them on dvd with excellent picture, sound and proper screen quality. At the very least Eastern Heroes cannot be excused for releasing on DVDprints which are inferior to the ones used for their own VHS releases!!These two films are GREAT CLASSICS that deserve picture and sound upgrade or at least the quality on par with what Eastern Heroes did with their VHS range. I am aware of this because I own most of the classics on VHS released by Eastern Heroes.Hence why I can only award 2 stars for this poorer Eastern Heroes DVD release which is inexcusable given the existence of better quality prints which Eastern Heroes used for their VHS releases.
